For the sixth time, the Neurological Therapy Center Kapfenberg has been subject to review by the Joint Commission International, based in Chicago. The certification process is applied to more than 400 healthcare facilities in 39 countries worldwide. The Neurological Therapy Center Kapfenberg was the first hospital in Austria to receive this prestigious award in 2002. It should ensure the consistently high quality of patient care. In this procedure, the Healthcare facility is analyzed for several days by an examiner in all areas. The NTK achieved with its result a worldwide top ranking. Managing Director Mag. Robert Schober, Prim. Matthias König and Nursing Director Andrea Löcker proudly emphasized the dedication and team spirit of all employees of the institution in their acceptance speeches and stressed that the mission statement "A common path to independence" is not an empty sentence and is supported by all employees.
